I negotiated scope, prioritizing product summaries and company info pages first, deferring 5,000+ individual product pages, ensuring a functional, high-quality launch under an aggressive deadline.

The website launched within the tight three-week deadline, delivering a fully functional e-commerce platform that impressed the client.
