Esri, the global leader in GIS technology, sought to enhance its digital presence by delivering seamless, user-focused online experiences. As part of their digital projects team, I was responsible for managing website initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring new digital solutions aligned with business goals and user needs.
Problem
The challenge was to deliver complex digital projects on time and within scope while balancing competing priorities across stakeholders, designers, developers, and marketers. Using workflows set up in Adobe Workfront, I collaborated closely with UI/UX designers, website developers, the marketing and events teams, stakeholders, back-end engineers, QA, and AEM Assets by facilitating clear communication and applying Agile practices to streamline processes, resolve conflicts quickly, and keep projects aligned with strategic goals under tight deadlines.
Outcome
Successfully juggled up to 10 projects at a time while launching over 70+ website projects for Esri. These projects enhanced user experience, streamlined digital workflows, and strengthened the company’s global brand presence. My leadership ensured consistent on-time delivery, cross-team alignment, and measurable efficiency in managing enterprise-scale creative work.
